As of late, the organic cotton baby blanket is a staple in every parent’s cache of baby items. In fact if you are a parent, you probably have at least two organic cotton blankets in your home for your baby. Why organic? Why now? Organic cotton is not bleached with harmful toxic chemicals (bad for environment), it is not colored by harmful dyes (bad fro the environment). Now imagine your baby laying on cotton that has perhaps been developed inorganically. We are not in any way saying regular cotton will harm your baby for life. We are saying that organic cotton baby blankets and other cotton products are SAFER. Why bother gambling on safety when your little bundle is at stake. Organic cotton (certified) is held to rigorous standards. Cotton that is more naturally produced and fabricated is indeed softer and more durable as it has not been chemically reduced in durability from harmful dyes and processing. Any processing and coloring comes from natural ingredients.
