Raw Vegetarianism

Typical items on a household menu would include veggies, fruit, sprouts, nuts, seeds, grains, eggs, dairy and even honey. There are several variants of this diet. Some practice organic raw foods diets. Again, you can eat raw foods without being completely organic. So, as the stores above show you, there are organic raw foods and regular raw foods.
