Jiaogulan is commonly referred to as "Like ginseng
but better than ginseng". And while it looks like
green tea, it's not. Jiaogulan is actually an
organically grown wild sagebrush tea in the northern
highlands of Thailand. It is also commonly called
Xiancao, which translates into "The Herb of
Immortality". This makes sense considering its roles
as an antioxidant and adaptogen. It has been tied to
the longer lifespan's of people living in the Guizho
Province of China. |
