We
consider our Holistic Tips Section to be one of the
most important sections of this site. So, what is
holistic living, you ask? Indeed, the term alone
connotes such as broad range of activities and lifestyle
choices! At its roots, the word holistic is defined as
that which emphasizes the importance of the Whole, as
well as the interdependence of all the parts making up
the Whole. In regards to Holistic Health, this means
that holistic living emphasizes every aspect of our
health, including physical, mental, emotional, psychic
and spiritual. Holistic health is paying mind to ALL of
our bodies, so to speak. The harmonious integration of
all these bodies is essential to achieving holistic
health. Just like there are so many ways of going green,
there are a myriad of ways to live a holistically
healthy life.
